This Privacy Policy describes how wrapup.ph (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
What we collect and store
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and the information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. - Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit/debit card numbers and other accepted payment methods), email address, password, and phone number.
- Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor WordPress and Woocommerce. Some information will also be disclosed to couriers for shipping purposes.
Customer support information
- Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.
- Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
- Source of collection: collected from you.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor WordPress and Woocommernce. Some information will also be disclosed to couriers for shipping purposes.
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for XXX years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them.
What we send for advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Payments
We accept payments through Local Banks (Bank of the Philippine Islands, Banco de Oro, and Gcash). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to your Bank of choice, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
